In-House Photographer

We are looking for an experienced In-House Photographer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Managing all aspects of in-house photography, including studio setup, lighting, and equipment maintenance

- Collaborating with the Creative Content Director and team to execute creative shoots for digital platforms (website, social media, email)

- Shooting product imagery for ecommerce, seasonal launches, and Anya Village activations (stores, café, Village Hall)

- Retouching images and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, with occasional external retoucher support

- Archiving, naming, and organizing photos for accessibility

- Maintaining a safe, tidy studio environment and equipment

- Coordinating with producers to meet deadlines and adapt to fast-paced changes

You are a passionate fashion photographer with a keen eye for luxury and creativity. You have:

- Proven experience in the competitive fashion industry, with a portfolio highlighting editorial, ecommerce, product, and still-life photography

- Expertise in studio lighting, Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite, and film/digital equipment

- Strong technical skills in retouching, composition, and color correction

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset

- Availability to work full-time at the Anya Hindmarch studio in London

- Flexibility to travel for shoots and activations as needed

- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in fashion, product, and still-life photography
