Senior Stills Photographer - Photostudio

We are looking for a Senior Stills Photographer to join our Studio team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Leading Stills photography across all product categories, with a focus on Fine Jewellery, Watches, Accessories, Flowers, and Food

- Setting the standard for lighting and creative excellence in e-commerce and editorial Stills sets

- Collaborating with Styling, Art Direction, and Production teams to deliver high-quality digital content

- Supporting the Photography Editor and mentoring team members to foster collaboration

- Innovating shooting techniques and maintaining equipment in line with technical standards

- Creating resource guides and leading communication across creative departments

You are an expert in luxury stills photography with a passion for precision and innovation. You have:

- Extensive experience in e-commerce Stills photography, specializing in Fine Jewellery and Watches

- A strong portfolio showcasing luxury product imagery and technical mastery of lighting/composition

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and video editing (Creative Force knowledge is a bonus)

- Leadership skills to inspire teams and uphold Selfridges' commitment to quality and creativity

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail

- Proven expertise in luxury e-commerce and still-life photography

- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in Fine Jewellery/Watches and technical lighting setups

- Video capture/editing skills (preferred but not essential)

- Advanced knowledge of photography software and equipment maintenance

- Leadership experience with a solutions-driven, team-oriented mindset
